Grant Gofal Plant Busnes Cymru

Mae Busnes Cymru yn cynnig cyfle i ddarparwyr gofal plant yng Nghymru i ymgeisio am Grant Gofal Plant. Pwrpas y grant yw annog darparwyr yng Nghymru i ehangu llefydd gofal plant newydd i blant gydag anghenion ychwanegol neu arbennig er mwyn cefnogi Cynnig Gofal Plant 30 awr Llywodraeth Cymru.

Sut mae’n gweithio

Dim ond darparwyr gofal plant sydd wedi eu lleoli a’u gofrestru yng Nghymru sy’n gymwys i ymgeisio. Bydd angen i ddarparwyr gofal plant gofrestru gyda gwasanaeth Busnes Cymru a’r Arolygaeth Gofal Cymru (AGC) i gael mynediad at y grant, os nad ydynt wedi eisoes.

Gall y rheini sy’n datblygu eu busnes ond sydd ddim wedi cychwyn masnachu hefyd ymgeisio am y Grant, ond ni fydd yr arian yn cael eu talu tan fyddant wedi cofrestru gyda AGC.

Bydd y Grant dim ond yn cael ei dalu ble mae angen gwirioneddol am lefydd gofal plant ychwanegol yn cael ei adnabod yn ardal y ddarpariaeth. Bydd hyn yn cael ei gadarnhau gan yr Awdurdod Lleol priodol. Lle mae ariannu yn brin, rhoddir blaenoriaeth i ddarparwyr gofal plant sydd yn yr ardaloedd cyfredol y Cynnig Gofal Plant 30 Awr o ofal ag ariannwyd i blant 3 a 4 mlwydd oed mewn Awdurdodau Lleol sy’n Weithredwyr Cynnar. Mae taliad o’r Grantiau yn amodol ar argaeledd y cyllid.

Business Wales Childcare Grant

Business Wales are offering childcare providers in Wales the opportunity to apply for a Childcare Grant. The purpose of the grant is to encourage the creation of new childcare places and new places for children with additional or special needs in Wales to support the Welsh Government’s 30 Hour Childcare Offer.

How it works

Only childcare providers based and registered in Wales are eligible to apply.  To access the Grant, childcare providers, if not already registered with the Business Wales service and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), will need to do so.

For those who are developing their business and have not yet started trading, they can still apply for a Grant but the monies will not be paid until they are registered with CIW.

The Grant will only be paid where there is a recognised need for additional childcare places in the locality of the provision.  This will be confirmed via the appropriate Local Authority.  Where funding is limited, priority will be given to childcare providers within the current Childcare 30 Hour Offer of funded childcare to three and four-year olds in Early Implementer Local Authority (EILA) areas.  Payment of Grants is subject to ongoing funding availability.
